FEATURES
Method: Monoclonal immunochromatographic assay
Specimen: Nasopharyngeal swab, Nasopharyngeal wash/aspirate
Detection device: Cassette
Time to Result: 10 minutes
External Quality Control: Positive and Negative control reagent

PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
The analytical sensitivity was evaluated using 4 RSV strains.
Lowest detectable limit:
RSV/ A2 (ATCC VR-1540): 2.24x103 TCID50/mL
RSV/ 18537 (ATCC VR-1582): 8.89 x103TCID50/mL
ANALYTICAL SPECIFICITY
The cross reactivity study was evaluated with a total of 15 bacteria strains and 20 viruses strains. None of these tested microorganisms gave a positive result.
